Akshully, It's called a buffer...
Hey,
I've been quiet but I've been busy working.
I tend to want to get my books out there as soon as it's done, but often that may be chapter one of a three or four part story arc.
Working this way often creates big gaps between parts of an arc, and often long waits for readers wanting the next instalment. So in a favour to my fans, and myself, I'm building a buffer so once I release the first chapter, at least half of the story has already been completed, so the rest of the chapters can be released in a timely fashion...
I can show you a few snippets of what I have been working on though...

That's the cover for what I'm calling the A Brigand's Tale Primer, basically like the sample you get when you go to the ice creamery but arent sure about the flavour, you get a small taste to confirm or deny your suspicions. That's what my primer is going to be.
Yep, it's a rip from the master, Tite Kubo - the creator of Bleach...

Here's a sneak of page 1:

I've set myself a goal of completing 2 pages per week and I'm still tracking well.
Next update you will definitely see some more!
Whats hitting now?
Two words. Takeru Satoh.
Not only did he play Ruroni Kenshin in the live action films(bad ass), he also played the white blood cell in the Cells at Work(so bad ass). Lastly he plays the lead sa a paino playing genius in Glass Heart.
I know what your thinking how can piano playing be bad ass?
All I can tell you is this:
I watched the opening scene and my interest was piqued.
By episode 3 I was obsessed.
The only thing stopping me from marathoning the whole thing was that I was watching it with my kids and they have to go to bed.
It hit me in the feels - multiple times and I loved it. At the very worst skip to early in episode 8 to hear the best version of 'True Colors' you are ever likely to hear. In your life.
If you like music you should enjoy it.
I had a friend who was a musical genius who died too young so maybe it affected me more than the average guy, still - do yourself a favour, just watch the first 10 minutes and decide from there.
***** Bonus Items for Glass Heart nerds. *********
